The idea of the Muscle Car, in most cases, has skewed into two different paths. One that has watered down the car to being a really cool-looking, practical coupe, and another that puts them into the luxury supercar market beyond general affordability. Well, there’s at lease one Muscle car that has stayed the original course, and that car is the Dodge Challenger.
With a design true to the original, this two-door coupe is thick, cut, and intimidating to look at. Behind its iconic, narrow grille, it can hold an available 6.2-liter V8 engine, giving itself the power of 707 horses, and 650 pounds of torque (in the SRT Hellcat package) to filter through a rear-wheel drive. Speed away in leather-upholstered seats and on four 20-inch wheels, and have the new technologies of today. These include Uconnect with a center console touch screen, an available back up camera, and parking sensors.
